Come to a Families CCAN Delaware County Meet-up!  We want to learn more about you! 

What opportunities and obstacles are families in Delaware County navigating to build Everyday Lives?  

How can Families CCAN’s resources and networks help you organize to create more opportunities, connections, friendship and partnerships for next steps in independence? 

Please join us to share your stories and visions for the future.

We welcome individuals with disabilities and family members (parents, caregivers, siblings, friends, etc).

Our next meet-up will be in person at the Marple Public Library in Broomall!

Here are the Details:

When: 6:00-7:30pm, Wednesday March 5th, 2025

Where: Marple Public Library, 2599 S Sproul Rd, Broomall, PA 19008. (Enter through main library doors and head downstairs to the community room)

What: Meetup for adults with disabilities and their family members to make connections and share resources. Please feel free to bring your dinner.  Families CCAN will provide drinks and dessert.  Please feel free to bring a friend!

Cost: This meeting is free to attend.  Donations to cover the cost of the room rental are appreciated, and can be made on our website.
